Lambingan Hills

Exploring the Lambingin Hills in Tanay was a great experience with an entrance fee of just 100PHP. It’s accessible to all. We had a short hike to the top of the hills and were rewarded with breathtaking views of green mountains and fresh, clean air. It was so refreshing to be surrounded by nature and appreciate its beauty. I recommend it as a great way to escape the busy city life and enjoy the tranquility.

Regina Rica

Regina Rica is a popular place for devotees seeking healing and peace. It is an expansive area to explore, so it is important to bring an umbrella and plenty of water if you plan on taking a long walk. The giant statue of Regina Rica can be found after quite a long trek, with the church located even further away. The restaurant in the area offers some delicious food, sure to satisfy any hungry traveler! The souvenir shop in Regina Rica, is a great place to find unique and meaningful gifts. It is located conveniently near the parking area and sells various items, such as rosaries, prayer cards, and other Catholic accessories. Prices are reasonable, making it an ideal spot for those looking for spiritual gifts or traditional souvenirs from their visit to the sanctuary. When visiting the huge statue of Regina Rosarii, visitors are encouraged to donate towards the upkeep and maintenance of the site. These donations go towards keeping the area clean and providing amenities.

Daranak Falls

We finished our trip by visiting Daranak Falls, the most famous waterfalls in Tanay. The area is well preserved as an attraction for tourists to enjoy. The water was cold and clean, coming directly from the mountain. You can even take a dip if you’d like to experience the cold water of the falls firsthand.

If you’re living in Rizal or Metro Manila, it’s worth taking the time to explore the natural beauty of Tanay Rizal. As a nature lover, I can assure you that this place offers many breathtaking sights to see!
